We just rush up our dopamine level by watching him ( our mind thinka I am doing it ) and then we get out to do the same and our mind thinks that wtf , why am i not able to do that now .....great effort man...really appreciated
You need to practice your technic in kip rotation, all in one move , rather than the transition of straight up movement.

I watched this video once a week until I finally got it and his advice is good the leg kick to your body is very important if you wanna get your first real muscle up after that over time slowly start to use less kip from your legs and make it more clean and then you can perform clean muscle ups been a month of training and I can now do 5 consecutive muscle ups 💯
it will be nice if you share more details like number of pull up and dips you can do before progressing and the resistant band force and your weight.

Thats literally how I felt when i first did it lol. I was at the gym and i busted out the smoothest muscle up, got down, and hollered "FUCK YEA". The guy next to me is just like "dude.... you shouldve recorded that". Such a great moment for me lol
We literally have one park in my hometown with workout bars and they are always occupied by absolute knobheads who insist on giving you evils as soon as you look at the bars, never mind try workout on them.

This video was my inspiration to start training. I didn't document any of it or even time how long it took me, but it's paid off and now I can relatively easily! It's hard, but if you can do 10-15 pullups, it shouldn't be too hard, it just takes time and training.

I was able to do the chicken muscle up in 2 days and a real muscle up not explosive with shut legs in 5 days. You really dont need the bands at all. I tried them didnt really help.

I watch this video every month to stay motivated to get the muscle ups progress. Currently I‘m at 11 pull ups an 3 muscle ups with the green (pretty strong) band

Don't take my word for it listen here @1:06 " what I'm going to do is I'm just going to train every other day until I can do this.. " @5:34 " so I figured I should probably share what I've learned to get to this point first you got to be strong, even before I started training for this I still was able to do five unassisted pull-ups, which by the way is no easy task, the trick is transferring your weight over the bar, you want to bend your legs on the way up and straighten them as you will take your forearms round, this helps shift your weight forward and over the bar, then you use your chest and triceps to press yourself upwards "

This video motivated and helped me so much in my muscle up progression. At first I couldn’t do one (3 weeks into training) and after watching this video and getting motivated I tried it until I got it on 7 weeks. The feet kicking up really made a big difference and was the key factor on how to learn muscle up fast! Hope this helps anyone else.
